Having had the chance of traveling with a few of the finest women in life, like mom, sisters, and friends, I always felt none of us have found the dormant energy smoldering within us. Women are the masterpiece of God’s creation, and they are the powerhouse of strength and energy. For obvious reasons, our society had portrayed women as the weaker gender, caged them inside their homes, and confined them only for household duties. On the other side, they have been worshipped as Goddesses. History says women were either treated as less than men or revered by them.
Where are we now in this modern era? Let’s not get into the gender gap. Let’s just ponder over our own existence at this given point in time. We see a lot of women taking up top positions in a sizable number. What is the message we get? Has the mindset of people changed? Are women proving their mettle to the world? Yes, we are enjoying more freedom now, people at home give us enough space to chase our own dreams. We are doing pretty well in the corporate world. We will reach much greater heights if we understand our supremacy.
How different are we from men?
« We have larger hippocampus that gives us better memory, we remember every damn thing even after years (Anaiku apadi soniye moment!)
« We are more intuitive than men, we give serious thought into everything we do.
« We give better solution to any given problem as we apply our mind, talk about it and arrive at a feasible solution.
« We are incredibly good at holistic thinking, contextualizing ideas.
As evolved women, let’s build on our strength, leave our self-doubt, break every barrier, complement our strength, address our weakness, use our powers for the betterment of fellow beings. We have a great legacy left behind by women of great substance. If we look at them closely, most of them had humble beginnings yet still, they thrived hard to succeed in their life. They were all ordinary women until they found the fire inside them. Our thoughts are the game-changer.
Let us make the right resolution today. Each one of us has a raging fire inside of us to make us successful in our lives. Why do we then give our circumstances as an excuse? Let us soar beyond our difficulties, trust our own selves, march forward to do something extraordinary. We are born to be winners… Don’t get consumed by the fire…Let the fire define you …
